Has anyone ever been to the cayman islands? Was it worth it and why?

|||
Just got back from Grand Caymen. I like it. Its a flat island. Not mountainous like Haiti or Jamaica. 7 mile beach is great. The water is warm and blue. The beach sand is soft and white. The beaches are all public access. There is no charge for using the beach. Last time there I went to Stingray city. That was nice as well. Swim with the stingrays and snorkel on the reef.
|||
it's a beautiful island in the caribbean. how can you go wrong with that? i was there about 5 years ago and had a great time. the people are nice and the scuba diving is some of the best in the world.

It's wonderful. The people are nice and the food is great. If you get a chance, don't miss Stringray City!

Has anyone ever been to the BAHIA PRINCIPE in PUNTA CANA?

How would you rate it? Is the area safe?
|||
The Bahia Principe is a 4 star property, it houses 1536 rooms(jr suites) 12 restaurants to choose from and 7 bars. The have a SPECTACULAR kids club. All your non motorized sports will be included in the price as well as your food and drinks and tips.

as far as safe? Like most resorts in the caribbean, as long as you stay on site property or do an escorted tour through the concierge desk, it is safe. This resort has the nicest beach I have seen in Punta Cana. it is very large in depth and in length.

You cant go wrong with this property at all. Have fun.

It is rated number 2 out of the hotels there.

here is a website with reviews

has anyone ever been to st.lucia.if so did u like it?

|||
We stopped there on a cruise. The cruise stop was at a small town with not much happening. They have nice beaches. That's about it.

Has anyone ever been to St. Kitts or Antigua?

We are thinking about going to either for a quick vacation - any thoughts on which one might be better for beaches and snorkelling/diving?||| They both are great. I think if I had to pick one, it would probably be Antigua. It is absolutely beautiful, the water is amazing and there is so much to see. But I think if you are going mostly for the water Antigua would probably be a really good choice for you.

Hope this helps! ||| No, not yet but I am sure there are some people they where there yet.

I been to st kitts..I really enjoyed it.liked the people the casino.the food.peace
Yes. They are both beautiful sunny islands. Although high season starts in December. The best time to go is July and August. Enjoy your trip!
Yes it is very awesome
I have been to both. Both have great snorkeling, diving and beaches. St Kitts is a little less "touristy" which I liked.

I don't think either would be a disapointment.

  • Has anyone ever been to Jamaica?

If yess, pls tell us about your impressions.
    |||
I went on a cruise that stopped in Ocho Rios for a day. It was typical touristy stuff. We did a tour which included Dunn River Falls, a must do if you go there, We didn't have much time for the beach, but I just didn't care for the beach arrangement because hotel beach areas were fenced in for guests only. It was not like other places I have been where the beach areas are open for everyone. We walked through the market area and that was typical experience, stalls with much of the same thing and folks pressuring you to buy something.

It was OK, but I would not make a special trip to go back there. Later this year we have another cruise with a stop in another Jamaican city, Montego Bay, so I'll see if my opinion changes after that.
    |||
Yes, many people have been there. That is my impression.

EVERYONE is OLD!! Many 'nasty' old men trolling for women. Since I am realtively young (27), it would have been nice to see people my own age. Rather it looked like a nudist camp for Seniors. Not at all what you would expect.

I heard it was good but I'm planning to go soon. Hope it's not full off ugly, old people. No offense to old people but I would like to see something hot!
im 37 and going to hendo 2 in aug 14-21
It is a place for swingers and nudist to sun and swim nude and have sex all day long. Hedonism is known to be a wild sleazy place if you go, bring lots of condoms (if you intend to screw around)

not my idea of a vacation, I don't want to return home with any STDs or AIDS.

has anyone ever been on the discovery cruise to freeport bahamas? If so, how was the cruise and how was the fo
I went for Memorial Day last year. It was my first experience on a cruise ship so I don't have much to compare it to but I had a good time. It's fun at first but after a few hours it gets a little boring so they have games on deck and contests and stuff. It's a little expensive to drink on the ship but the food is included (you are expected to leave a tip) and I thought it was very good and there is plenty of it. They didn't have the pool filled so mostly everyone sat around soaking up the sun and killing time til we got to Freeport. I didn't mind that there was a pool because we were staying in Freeport for a few days so I knew I'd get my share of time in the water. On the way back there was a delay and we ended up sitting on deck for many hours not really knowing what was going on. But luckily our flight from Ft. Lauderdale didn't leave til morning but I know a lot of people missed their flights home. Just like getting in a plane, you gotta go thru customs and that kinda stuff and it's time consuming and who wants to stand in line on vacation. The ship itself looks pretty heinous, like 1970's decor, but it's clean and the staff was very nice. I don't know if you are doing the day cruise or if you are staying in Freeport for a while but personally if I were to go back there I would just skip the cruise and spend the extra to just fly straight to Freeport. I spent a lot of hours of my trip on the ship that I would have rather spent in Port Lucaya doing all the fun stuff there is to do.

Has anyone ever been 2 t&t 4 carnival?

    if so how was it?
Has anyone ever been 2 t&t 4 carnival?
i live in t&t and carnival is great! everyone should try to experience it at least once in their lifetime. think sunny skies, friendly ppl, colour, calypso, soca.oh i sound like an ad..but i LOVE my country and my culture. check us out!(note that we are the smallest country to make it to the world cup)
Has anyone ever been 2 t&t 4 carnival?
    No.
    No.
It is a wonderful experience. One you will NEVER forget. It's action round the clock. Beach parties, all-inclusive parties (drinks & food) at great establishments and hotels. Wonderful people to make you enjoy every moment of your stay. I can't say any more. You HAVE 2 EXPERIENCE IT.
    Yea it was gr8
Yes. and quite simply there is nothing quite like it!!

Has anyone else ever stayed at the Oloffson Hotel in Port-au-Prince, Haiti?

I thought it was wonderful in an old world way, and the food is fantastic!
Has anyone else ever stayed at the Oloffson Hotel in Port-au-Prince, Haiti?
Oh my, the Oloffson. that brings back memories.

When I was teaching at l'ecole Ste. Trinite in P-au-P, I used to walk up to the Oloffson every night for a couple of Rum Punches. they had the best ones in town. or just the occasional Prestigé beer on that beautiful varanda.

It seems like I heard that both the Oloffsons are dead now, but perhaps not.

At christmas, students from the school used to go up to the Oloffson for a Christmas concert and they would pack the house.

Is the bar area still as small as it was then? You couldn't fit more than about 20 people in there.

    Thanks for the memories.

Tourism in Haiti is a bit hampered right now by all the political turmoil. Here's hoping that it bounces back!

    i'm haitian!! yay..
I've stayed there many times, as a tourist at first, then on thursday nights for the music when we lived there.
It is almost two hours to drive back up to Kenscoff from centreville, so I would rent a room for music nights. Fun time.
I dont remember the hotel name but I was working there in port au price and i love it even if they are having political problems.
    People are very friendly
    Good luck Haiti

has anyone bought a trip deal off ebay prices look too good to be true?

has anyone bought a trip deal off ebay prices look too good to be true?
I don't know if I would trust buying a vacation from eBay. I consider that to be even more risky than a site like Expedia or Orbitz.

The problem is that you just never know what could happen. Tickets may be nontransferrable, the vacation may not even be real, you could be purchasing a vacation where you take a timeshare tour, etc.

I think I would rather spend a little extra money to know I am getting a real vacation, than to worry I am getting nothing for my money. You also have to consider where they are actually taking you on the vacation.

    Just be really careful!
has anyone bought a trip deal off ebay prices look too good to be true?
My friend has bought 2 one to Vegas another to San Fransisco. It really is that cheap, however she has to sit thru a meeting for like a 1/2 hour for like a timeshare thing.

it all depends on the vacation, if they are cruise vacations, be very cautious because most of those 'deals' are scams with boatloads of hidden costs!

We are going over Christmas and New Years. We will be staying at Viking's House in Great Bay. What is near, what to do and expect? Thanks.

I have a friend who goes there a great deal and he loves that side of the island. I am going to Negril in about 3 weeks. Can't wait! Have fun and if the lobsters in season get you one (5 bucks) and have someone throw it on the grill for you! Yummy! He told me about a local bar there that he goes to. If you'd like I can ask him for more info.

has anyone been to tortuga recently?

Tortuga is an island north of Haiti. In the 17th century it was a notorious pirate lair. I am trying to find out what it may be like now. I believe that the island suffered during a recent hurricane. Information is most welcome.
has anyone been to tortuga recently?
It's called Ile de la Tortue in French.
They did fear the worst during the storm Jeanne but it was not too badly affected.

Try to read this, it's not extremely recent but you'll get an idea http://www.webster.edu/~corbetre/haiti-archive/msg02367.html
Also found this in French (with a few pictures)

Has anyone been to the hotel Grand Flamenco in Puerto Plata on the Dominican?

We are going in July, and have been told that the hotels are busier at the weekends with visitors from the local area. Is this so?
Has anyone been to the hotel Grand Flamenco in Puerto Plata on the Dominican?
Wow! My fiancé works at that hotel! He told me that he'll be having to work until 2am these next two weeks to accomodate all the TOURISTS that are there, and the ones who are coming. Usually around Cinco de Mayo is when the hotels are full of locals and Dominicans who who go back home for that holiday. Enjoy yourself! =)

By the way, it's always hot and humid there. Even in November

has anyone been to the four seasons resort in Nevis, West Indies?

    we're going in 3 weeks.
has anyone been to the four seasons resort in Nevis, West Indies?
The 4 seasons is first class. When I went last summer, I did not stay there but rented a villa on the quiet side of the island. However, everytime we wanted to do something, like diving, etc, we had to meet the guide at the 4 seasons, it is the tourist center of the island. OH YEAH, visit Sunshines on the Beach just south of the 4 seasons. Tell Jim Johnson I said hello, he is the most knowledgable tour guide on the island. Try the hike up to Nevis peak, its VERY tough but rewarding.

It's a lovely place--and Nevis (as well as it's sister island, St. Kitts) is a paradise. A wonderful vacation--great beaches, lush islands--all inclusive. . .what more could you ask for. (Additional bonus, Nevis is the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton, of all people!)

    Thanks
Has anyone been to the casa marina reef hotel in the Dominican republic in the last few months?
It's a 3 star hotel. The rooms are basic and the food is ok- some would say great. There are 3 restaurants to try. You say you are going soon- how soon? Did you check the weather and hurricane stats. Have a look at reviews of the hotel in the link below. There is also some trip advice there.

you should stay away from anything under 4 stars in the dominican republic just not worth it .the 3 star and under resorts tend to have bad food and the ice and water is not generaly from a pure scorce (Hep C)

Has anyone been to the atlantis hotel in the bahamas is it good?

Has anyone been to the atlantis hotel in the bahamas is it good?
Its one of the nicest resort in the northern hemisphere. It covers a lot of ground, has a lot to see and do on the grounds that a lot of people don't leave it except to go into town. They have 15-20 restaurants and clubs, casino, Las Vegas style show, several aquariums, shark ponds, rope bridge, pyramide type slides, and its right on the beach plus has several pools. If you can't afford to stay in the Royal Tower, the Coral & Beach towers are still nice and may have an oceanview. You won't be staying in the room very much anyways. If it is still too expensive or not available, you can stay across the street at the Comfort Inn and still have access to everything at the Atlantis; even charge there to your room. Atlantis no longer allows tourist to visit the grounds for a $20 fee like before; you can go to some of the restaurants, casino & shows though. Its a beautiful place to stay.

Yeah was there up to last week. Been there 4 times. I always have a good time when I go to St.Lucia. Maybe you should try going there. It's a scenic island and I love most of all the Rodney Bay area - there's got great night life and fine restaurants. Anything specific u'd like to know ask me. i'll answer if I can.

St. Lucia? there's so many St. Lucia in the world.
yup, better than a pot of **
Yes, but a long time ago as a teenager on a field trip (am from Barbados). I liked it. It was different from home; lots of volcanic features - hot springs, the Pitons (volcanic plugs) etc. Mountainous (from my point of view - Barbados is very flat in comparison) and quite green. Had alot of agriculture (bananas) at the time. Not sure what it's like now. Hope to reacquaint myself soon.
I went in April and stayed at the Sandal's Halcyon Resort. Wonderful week!
Been there done that and wasn't impressed. Too many people there that smelled a bit too funky for my taste.

If you like thinking of an erruption when on vacation and getting stung by mosquitoes, worring if someone is doing something nasty to your food (Obeia), that'd be the place to be.

Other people seem to enjoy it. Not me. Sorry. You may like it though.

Has anyone been to Sosua in the d.republic?

    What's it like?
Has anyone been to Sosua in the d.republic?
I've been through there on the way to Cabarete. It's relatively small for a north coastal town. Apparently there is a Jewish settlement still there from WWII days. They're known for their cheese production. Like all Dominican coastal areas, it's touristic and hot most of the year. Ummm.what else do you want to know? Since it's smaller, you might want to learn some basic Spanish if you don't know any yet.
Has anyone been to Sosua in the d.republic?
    Sorry!I haven't!
    Sorry!I haven't!
No but I used to work in Travel and I don't recommend DOM REP. Had nothing but complaints of stomach bugs, bed bugs and mouldy hotel rooms.

Check your hotel beds for bedbugs, There is a world epidemic of them at the moment.

Google "bed bugs" to see what they look like, how they behave and how to spot an infestation in a hotel or accomodation.

    Barbados is FAB! Go there..

My husband and I were there w/ a group of 10 in March 06. We stayed @ Sandals Regency. It was absolutely our favorite vacation yet! We have been to Cancun, Jamaica, St.Lucia, and next is Dominican Republic. We were concerned after reading some reviews, but none of the reviews fell true to us. We had an excellent time! The beach is gorgeous and the people are super!! We are ready to go back tomorrow! There was people getting married there almost daily. They have candlelit dinners on the beach which were awesome! The water was a little rough sometimes, but we made it fun by body surfing onto the beach! OUCH!.the sand will tear you up! Congratulations on your wedding and you will not regret staying at the Regency.

I've been to the Fiesta Resorts, less than 2 years ago, and I remember thinking at the time that it would be a GREAT place to take the kids. It's a relatively safe ride over to the resort and there's a lot of wide open, shallow pools that the kids would love. There's even a hot tub right next to the pool for the adults to enjoy. There's not a lot of English speaking employees or guests, which may make your vacation even more enjoyable! Very quiet at night and a beautiful beach. Good luck!

i went there on a night pass. you MUST have an open mind and be very.uh.free. there is a nude side of the beach and a prude side. anything goes here. i saw women at the piano bar with nothing on under their dresses. and i know this because they stripped them off each other. i also saw an act reserved for the bedroom going on in the same bar.

the room have recently been rennovated. the resort DOES have a nice spa and a great fitness center. and the staff will make sure you get involved in the festivities. this ain't the place to relax with a book. have fun!

No can you give us a link
Yes i have its ok for me i went on a night pass too but never saw anything really wild just a lot of older white people naked or half naked. Food was nice and the pool and a bar/club share glass windows so you get a nice show at night if your fellow guests feel up to it. The live entertainment was funny though, an adult scavenger hunt and best orgasm contest etc.

I've been to Guadelupe and I loved it! Definetly hike up to the volcano there-a beautiful view! Take water along. Also you can drive along some of the black sand beaches there. The food is also wonderful & the people are nice. Be sure to stop at local spots along your way, it's worth it!

has anyone been to Freeport? Went to Atlantis last year and it was wonderful.does Freeport compare?

has anyone been to Freeport? Went to Atlantis last year and it was wonderful.does Freeport compare?
There aren't any resorts in Freeport that have all of the amenities of Atlantis. Also, there isn't as much to see in Grand Bahamas (where Freeport is) as in New Providence (where Nassau is). You may want to try one of the other islands that has one of the newer resorts: Four Seasons on Eleuthra, or a result in Exumas.
has anyone been to Freeport? Went to Atlantis last year and it was wonderful.does Freeport compare?
nope it is crappy and dull
nope it is crappy and dull
Atlantis is great. I don't like Freeport as much. Once you've been to the Atlantis, I don't think you will enjoy Freeport as well.

But, each person is different, so it depends on what you are looking for. For me, I would stick with the Atlantis.
    No way!
Freeport sucks compared to Atlantis in Nassau.
Freeport is kind of ugly, it sort of has a bunch of factory looking things so scenery isn't very pretty/tropical. Also Freeport really has nothing to do, not much shopping or anything like that.

i have been to cuba twice and i have never had any problems at all its a fantastic place to visit enjoy it
Has anyone been to Cuba and got caught at Customs? If so, what happened?
I haven't been there yet, but I know people who have gone thru Colombia to visit Cuba. When you go to Cuba, you can request that they not stamp your passport. That's the way my friends have gotten around that. In any case, though, you are taking a risk doing it.

just wondering what shape island is in,ready for a visit soon, but, wonder if things are in order yet?jj
Has anyone been to Cayman Islands since "IVAN" hit over a year ago?
I just visited Grand Cayman last month. Everything is back in order now. In fact, on one day 4 cruise ships docked
at George Town bringing in thousands of tourists. However,
you can still see remnants of the devastation on the
landscape with many coconut trees without their leafy tops.
All the hotels and resorts are back in full swing, including
the Hyatt Regency which reportedly was badly damaged by Ivan. Go back amd enjoy the sun, beaches and island food

Has anyone been to Bermuda and stayed at the Willowbank on the Sandy's Peninsula?

Has anyone been to Bermuda and stayed at the Willowbank on the Sandy's Peninsula?
I lived in Bermuda for just over 3 years. I would rather have you stay at the South Hampton Princess. It is a great place. But don't forget to stop in the Flats and see the Aquarium, The whole Town of St. Georges, The St. Davids Lighthouse or Trimingham's in Hamilton.
To Eat try the Swizzle Inn, The Black Horse and the White Horse and there is a fantastic Mexican place in Hamilton.
Has anyone been to Bermuda and stayed at the Willowbank on the Sandy's Peninsula?
I lived in Bermuda all my life. I have stayed at Willowbank but I prefer the Grotto Bay Hotel and St. George's Club hotel. But there are so many but those are the ones I like to stay in if I want a vacation from my busy life.

Has anyone been to Aquadilla Puerto Rico??
I've been there. It's really nice. And is very close to Rincon that has perfect beaches to catch good waves to surfing, Isabela (surfing, snorkeling) and Mayaguez.
Has anyone been to Aquadilla Puerto Rico??
Yep. Once. Back in '97 on a radar inpection for work. It was very pretty.
Yep. Once. Back in '97 on a radar inpection for work. It was very pretty.
yeah i live here in Juncos Puerto Rico,it is interesting, the beaches in aguadilla are really eye catching
Yup, I used to go to College there, beaches are nice
Yuo my father was born and raised there.is on the western side of the island about 2 and a half hour drive from San Juan (Capital)
    I have! last febuary!
I lived there for around thirteen years of my life, and visit it very often. It is a very nice place. The main town square and the urban area of the town is located pretty much at sea level, while the rest of the municipality is on much higher ground. In 1918 an earthquake caused a tsunami that hit the west coast of Puerto Rico, and Aguadilla was one of the affected towns. There were several dozen deaths in Aguadilla, mainly people who, not knowing what was going on, and seeing the sea water retreat, went to take fish that were left stranded. Bad idea.

Aguadilla has, as others have said, nice beaches. The best is "Crash Boat." Also, Aguadilla has an airport, and there are flights between Aguadilla and New York City (JFK). The airport is located in what was known as Ramey Air Field, a military instalation of the Air Force. It has the longest runway in the Caribbean (it was used for B-52s).

It's a pretty nice ship. I was on it a few years ago and it was pretty nice. Looking at Cruise Critic, people still seem to be happy with it, though maybe not as much as some of their other ships.

i plan to elope for my 2nd marriage to wed in St. Lucia and havent made any plans yet. This is my last wedding and Im ready to move on with my new love that's been my friend since we were teenagers. Thank you for your interest, and best wishes for all.

We stayed at the golf and spa, while it's a great place, spend the extra cash and Stay at the Grand. However, go to the French Resturant at the Golf and Spa. Golf is Free, but you pay for a caddy, the spa is not free, so be mindfull of the all inclusive tag line. We had a great time and Sandals has plenty for you to do, but seriously spend the extra loot and stay at the Grand, my wife and I wished we stayed there.
Thank you for your interest??, who gives a ** ///
Check out Ti Kaye Resort in St. Lucia. It looks like a beautiful little place. Another place is Crytals, its very small and private.and not "touristy" like Sandals. Go on "Trip Advisor" and read the reviews and see some pictures. They sound like lovely romantic places to stay.

We were at the iberostar daiquiri, the beach was nice. It's pretty isolated, not much other than resorts and beaches. You don't see much of the real Cuba. Some would argue that's a good thing though.

Has anybody stayed at the Coral Cove Resort in Jamaica?
Haven't been to Coral Cove, but have been to Little Bay, where Coral Cove is located. Little Bay is a a quiet fishing village on the South Coast, east of Negril. You won't find any action or nightlife there, nor will you see many tourists, if any at all. If you want peace and tranquility you will find it there.

We just came back from a cruise and Grand Cayman was one of our stops..It is a fantastic place to visit. Shopping is great, great people. We went to Stingray City where we fed and handled the stingrays our on a sand bar. After wards we went snorkeling at the beautiful coral gardens. The also have a great beach called the Seven Mile beach. If you would like a list of other excursions you could do check out Carnival or Royal Caribbean cruise lines excursion list. I look forward to visiting the Caymans again. Have a great time and if you need help planning or would like us to email some of our pictures of the island just email me and I would be happy to do so.

Has any one be on the cruise ship Voyager Of the Seas.?
While the voyager of the seas is a slightly older ship, it is still a very nice one. It's a great cruise and Royal Caribbean is a great mid-range cruise line. They have always been very good at catering to their guests. While they do have a lot of onboard activities for kids, it is still great for adults, and it isn't quite as much a party ship as lines like Carnival. It really is a great line.

I think that this cruise will be great for you, especially if you are just starting out with cruising. It is a very nice starter ship. It offers nice ports, great staff, delicious food and good entertainment. It provides for an all around nice experience for the whole family. Definitely a cruise I would recommend. Even though it is from 1999, it still one of the higher rated ships among cruisers. It really is a very nice ship and I think you will be really happy with the cruise they offer.

I've included a link with some reviews for you as well.

    Hope this helps!

Has anyone ever been to the cayman islands? Was it worth it and why?

    |||
Swim with the stingrays and snorkel on the reef.
    |||
it's a beautiful island in the caribbean. how can you go wrong with that? i was there about 5 years ago and had a great time. the people are nice and the scuba diving is some of the best in the world.

Has anyone ever been to the BAHIA PRINCIPE in PUNTA CANA?

How would you rate it? Is the area safe?
    |||

If yess, pls tell us about your impressions.
    |||

Later this year we have another cruise with a stop in another Jamaican city, Montego Bay, so I'll see if my opinion changes after that.
    |||
Yes, many people have been there. That is my impression.

not my idea of a vacation, I don't want to return home with any STDs or AIDS.

has anyone ever been on the discovery cruise to freeport bahamas?

  • Has anyone been to Treasure Beach Jamaica?

We are going over Christmas and New Years. We will be staying at Viking's House in Great Bay. What is near, what to do and expect? Thanks.
P.S. This is our 3rd trip, we have always stayed in Ocho Rios.
Has anyone been to Treasure Beach Jamaica?

Has anyone been to the casa marina reef hotel in the Dominican republic in the last few months?

I am going on holiday there soon and wondered if anyone could tell me any good or bad reports of the hotel as someone thought it had been refurbished ? And if you can recommend any trips that you enjoyed.

Has anyone been to the casa marina reef hotel in the Dominican republic in the last few months?
you should stay away from anything under 4 stars in the dominican republic just not worth it .the 3 star and under resorts tend to have bad food and the ice and water is not generaly from a pure scorce (Hep C)

    Has anyone been to St.Lucia?
Yeah was there up to last week. Been there 4 times. I always have a good time when I go to St.Lucia. Maybe you should try going there. It's a scenic island and I love most of all the Rodney Bay area - there's got great night life and fine restaurants. Anything specific u'd like to know ask me. i'll answer if I can.
    Has anyone been to St.Lucia?
St. Lucia? there's so many St. Lucia in the world.
St. Lucia? there's so many St.

Yup, I just got back from my honeymoon at the Melia Caribe Tropical. It's a great resort, and there were a lot of families there. Every employee we can in contact spoke English and we very helpful. I will definately go back.

Good luck!

I have been thinking of going, but looking for someone who has and what kind of experiences and fun they had
Has anyone been to Hedonism II or III? And is it a fun place for singles?
A good website for Hedo is DennyP's message board. Am not certain about the "P" following Denny's but it is something like that. It is pretty much dedicated to the Hedo resorts.

    Has anyone been to Hedo?
i went there on a night pass. you MUST have an open mind and be very.uh.free. there is a nude side of the beach and a prude side. anything goes here. i saw women at the piano bar with nothing on under their dresses. and i know this because they stripped them off each other. i also saw an act reserved for the bedroom going on in the same bar.

the room have recently been rennovated. the resort DOES have a nice spa and a great fitness center. and the staff will make sure you get involved in the festivities. this ain't the place to relax with a book. have fun!
    Has anyone been to Hedo?
No can you give us a link
No can you give us a link
Yes i have its ok for me i went on a night pass too but never saw anything really wild just a lot of older white people naked or half naked. Food was nice and the pool and a bar/club share glass windows so you get a nice show at night if your fellow guests feel up to it. The live entertainment was funny though, an adult scavenger hunt and best orgasm contest etc.

has anyone been to Freeport?

I haven't been there yet, but I know people who have gone thru Colombia to visit Cuba. When you go to Cuba, you can request that they not stamp your passport. That's the way my friends have gotten around that. In any case, though, you are taking a risk doing it.

I lived in Bermuda for just over 3 years. I would rather have you stay at the South Hampton Princess. It is a great place. But don't forget to stop in the Flats and see the Aquarium, The whole Town of St. Georges, The St. Davids Lighthouse or Trimingham's in Hamilton.
To Eat try the Swizzle Inn, The Black Horse and the White Horse and there is a fantastic Mexican place in Hamilton.

    I have! last febuary!

Has anyone been to a Sandals Resort in Jamiaca? Which do reccomend?
got married there three years ago at Sandals Dunn's River and are going back at the end of next month. The Horseback riding is real cool, we tubed down the river in the mountains. and climbed Dunn's River Falls. but by far Dunn's River resort is sandals best, they treated us like Kings and Queens and we are counting the days till we go back. really you can not go wrong with any of them, have a great time

has anyone been on the RCCL Radiance of the Seas before?

    cruising to eastern carribean 12/07
has anyone been on the RCCL Radiance of the Seas before?
It's a pretty nice ship. I was on it a few years ago and it was pretty nice. Looking at Cruise Critic, people still seem to be happy with it, though maybe not as much as some of their other ships.

I'm not sure what your question is, so I will just include the link to the reviews for you: http://cruisecritic.com/reviews/review.cfm?ShipID=170

Havn't been on Radiance but was on Voyager and RCCL is top of the line. They are a wonderful cruise line. I think you will be very please. If you like it go for the bigger ships. They are out of this world!

    no
    no
    yes.sike nah

Were the people friendly? Was the place nice and relaxing?
Has anybody stayed at the Coral Cove Resort in Jamaica?
Haven't been to Coral Cove, but have been to Little Bay, where Coral Cove is located. Little Bay is a a quiet fishing village on the South Coast, east of Negril. You won't find any action or nightlife there, nor will you see many tourists, if any at all. If you want peace and tranquility you will find it there.

Ive been to Punta Cana, its beutiful, most of the hotels are all inclusive. I went to the Island Saona in a "boat" (dont know whats it called) we got to pet the starfishs in crystaline water. At the island, you get to eat as much seafood/steak/food as you want!!.I highly recomend it.

Punta Cana is actually an area of the Dominican. There are many hotels there. I would not recommend Barcelo Bavaro.
